Everything but the hammering on Saturday morning next to my wall due to construction. They should have chosen another room to work in as I was trying to rest. I do not get away very often.

The rooms were comfortable and fairly clean. Some hair in the shower but otherwise the place looked good and smelled good to. I was expecting musty. Lots of renovations happening.

The price was excellent. We enjoyed the larger unit with a separate bedroom. The room was quiet. The bed was comfortable. We appreciated the heads up that the hotel let us know ahead of time that the pool and hot tub were closed for renovation.

The package we took does not have free breakfast, that is the standard double bed. I like how the staffs cared for us and greeted us nicely. It was Nayeem when we check in and it was April when we checked out. There is also a maintenance woman that helped us with the ice machine when we cant figure out how we can make it work. We do not have microwave at the room but we can ask the front if they can reheat it in their office.

The staff went above and beyond. My son had surgery and when the receptionist heard she changed my rate to a medical rate and brought us water. Was so kind ❤️ the staff was exceptional.

We had a very pleasant stay. Elevators came quickly and they were security elevators so that one needed the room keycard to get to the floor and that was a nice security feature. The room was clean and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable. Housekeeping was only by request due to COVID, but that was fine as the room was well supplied. Staff were friendly. Located by a main road, but the room was quiet. Walking distance to a mall.

Size of room and beds were good, clean and quiet. Does not include breakfast but they give you a $10 Boucher for a breakfast restaurant. They also offer a special price for medical stay.
